Briannon Yadrick (feel free to call her “Bri”) grew up in an athletic family and discovered her passion for orthopaedics at a young age. Originally from Pittsburgh, Bri completed her education in her home state, starting with her Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant then Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (Summa Cum Laude) at California University of Pennsylvania. She then worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Athletic Trainer before returning to acquire her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (Summa Cum Laude) at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Following her heart, she moved to Las Vegas with her husband, Rob (who also works in healthcare) alongside her two brothers, parents, and most recently her in-laws. Now living in Las Vegas for several years, Bri and Rob share three fantastic children and are laying down roots. Joining the Crovetti Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine team in the perfect position for her has become the icing on the cake.

While being committed to family time, Bri is equally focused on achieving a 50-50 balance between the work she loves and her time as a wife and mother.

As a Physician Assistant-Certified working in orthopaedics, Bri works closely with surgeons, evaluating patients, ordering tests, managing fractures, and performing certain procedures such as joint injections.

“Working with the surgeons at Crovetti Ortho is the perfect fit for me” explains Yadrick. “I have the opportunity to work closely with patients and develop trusting relationships, which is so important to me. I try to create that same level of trust between myself and the surgeons I work with, so that our work together gets into a sort of rhythm, where we each know what comes next, often without even having to ask.”

Her commitment to building strong relationships with the surgeons she works with helps ensure that all aspects of patient care run smoothly and efficiently. And the bonus? It means getting home in time to create precious family memories.

Despite her busy career, Bri makes sure to spend quality time with her family. Bri, Rob, and children Evelina (5 yrs), Lucia (3 yrs), and Mario (aka “Rio” – 2 yrs) spend the majority of their time together outside. “We take a lot of walks, and we also go exploring parks in the area (there are so many great parks here!),” adds Bri. “Time on the swings, riding bikes, swimming – and we’re also going to run the 5k Halloween Run together, in costumes! My kids have so much energy, so we keep them busy burning it off,” she laughs.

And once the kids are in bed, Bri and Rob dive into their mutual passion project: restoring fixer-uppers. Now on their 5th home, they’re hoping this one will be their forever home. Every day is a busy one for the Yadrick family, but they wouldn’t have it any other way.
