Lauren Baecker, RN

Crovetti Ortho is pleased to welcome Lauren Baecker, RN, to our professional medical team. An experienced Registered Nurse, she works closely with both patients and physicians, providing the kind of patient-centered care that has always defined Crovetti Orthopaedics.

Ms. Baecker brings a passion for relationship-focused service to everything she does. A natural problem-solver, she is committed to ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident that all their questions are answered as they move forward on their journey to recovery.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State University in Las Vegas and completed more than 900 clinical hours across nearly a dozen local facilities in diverse environments, including cancer care, behavioral health, medical-surgical units, and pediatrics. She also gained hands-on experience as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Cardiac Unit at Sunrise Hospital and served as a Manager’s Assistant for a local hospice provider.

Her path to nursing came through a bit of serendipity. While in high school, Lauren spent nearly a week in the ICU — a difficult experience, certainly, but one that ultimately shaped her future. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion of one particular nurse made a lasting impression and inspired her to provide that same level of care and comfort to others.

Lauren has also cultivated a strong interest in pediatrics, working with children as a Child Care Provider. In that role, she created safe, nurturing environments for children of all abilities, including those with special needs, and partnered closely with families to support each child’s growth and development.

Born and raised in Nevada, Lauren has always called Las Vegas home. As a lifelong athlete — playing volleyball and soccer, even competing at the national level — she understands firsthand the types of orthopaedic injuries many patients experience. That knowledge, paired with her natural empathy, helps her connect easily with those in her care.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading, working out, and traveling. She loves spending time with her close-knit family — her parents, sister, and grandparents all live nearby — and is looking forward to welcoming a Golden Retriever soon. With so many roots here, she has no plans – or reasons – to leave Las Vegas.
