Tiffany Kim, PA-C is excited to join the professional team at Crovetti Orthopaedics. Known for providing excellence and compassionate care to patients throughout her career, now she brings those qualities to Crovetti Orthopaedics.
Ms. Kim is a Nevada-licensed Physician Assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She also holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and is DEA licensed.
Originally from Southern California, Ms. Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. Before attending California State University Monterey Bay to complete her Master of Science Physician Assistant Program, she worked with an ophthalmology surgeon in Laguna Hills as Lead Medical Assistant and Surgical Technician. That early work gave her valuable surgical experience and an appreciation for the precision and teamwork required in specialty medicine.
While completing her graduate education in Monterey Bay, Ms. Kim also worked with numerous medical facilities across Northern California, from San Francisco and San Jose to Santa Clara, Salinas, and between. This wide-ranging experience exposed her to family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, cardiology, emergency medicine, and multiple surgical specialties. It shaped her ability to approach patients holistically, understanding how each part of their health connects to their overall well-being.
During this time, Ms. Kim discovered that her broad medical background and love of hands-on care sparked a growing passion for orthopaedic surgery — making Crovetti Orthopaedics the perfect place to continue her career.
In early 2024, Ms. Kim relocated to Las Vegas — though in many ways it already felt like home. She and her family had been visiting the city for years, with many cousins and friends already living here. When her parents retired in Las Vegas, it was only natural for Tiffany to settle in Southern Nevada as well.
“Home is where my family is,” she explains. “I’ve always loved Las Vegas, and moving here meant I could be close to my parents and younger brothers. For me, family made the decision an easy one.
“And the truth is Las Vegas is a great place to live. It’s an amazing city where everything is so accessible, and you can find just about anything here — indoors and out. And since it’s become such a major sports city, I believe it will continue to reinvent itself and always offer new opportunities.”
Settling in Las Vegas wasn’t just about being near family — it also meant joining a community she already felt connected to, and where she looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.
At Crovetti Orthopaedics, Tiffany brings a wide range of skills to her role. Her expertise includes patient evaluation and management, pre- and post-operative care, diagnostic testing and imaging, and surgical support such as suturing and wound care. She takes time to explain care plans, answer questions, and ensure patients feel confident every step of the way. Tiffany also prioritizes coordination between patients and their medical team, fostering clear communication that leads to positive outcomes.
At the heart of Tiffany’s approach is the belief that medicine is not just about procedures, but about people. She emphasizes listening, communication, and compassion in every interaction. A strong advocate for patient education — and moderately fluent in medical Spanish — Tiffany has also organized educational seminars, including “DocTalks” lectures for senior living residents and in-service training sessions for nursing staff. Her goal is always to empower patients and families with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health.
When asked about her goals at Crovetti Orthopaedics, Tiffany shared: “I am focused on becoming the best hands-on and valuable PA for the surgeons I work with. I’m constantly researching and furthering my education to improve my skills — and I’m grateful to have such excellent mentors here.
“From my first meetings with Dr. Crovetti and the staff, I knew I was in the right place. We share the same values and commitment to compassionate care. That was vitally important to me because patients deserve to feel heard, understood, and cared for — it’s a responsibility I never take lightly.”
Outside of work, Tiffany spends time with her family, and enjoys cooking, baking, and hosting dinner parties. She’s an at-home barista, loves painting, drawing, and crafts, stays active with Pilates, and spends time doing outdoor activities when weather permits. Her creativity and love of bringing people together show up not only in her personal life, but also in the way she connects with her patients.
